Lloyd, I just found your Linkedin profile: it says you are a contract writer for the BabylonBee. This has to be true because the stories you report cannot possibly be about the America I grew up in, was educated in, made money in and will die in (unless my wife can get her citizenship in Poland or I mine n Croatia). Am I right?
One day, and I hope soon, a university will be sued for fraud. It exposes the gap between advertising and recruiting, and between the classes offered and the quality of instructors. Yes, some of the evidence will be objective and some subjective. But any defense the school mounts will destroy it.
Kerri Johnson might or might not be a capable, objective, non-partisan administrator, and an able academic. The topics of her writings that you noted, Lloyd, seem interesting.
Waaaaaay back when I was dating, a friend and I were swapping stories about visual cues that a (remotely) potential new dating prospect might be giving. When I told one such story about visual cues, my friend said that even Stevie Wonder would have picked up on them.
What exactly is "communication science"? When I was in college there was no such thing as a "communication" major or degree. The best I can figure out is that a communication major is a watered-down journalism major.
You provide no evidence but seem to be suggesting that she limited the class size because she feared the spread of the ideas discussed in the class. As well, your inclusion of an abstract of a book she co-authored on non-verbal clues to sexual identity and its place on the National Institutes of Health Library of Medicine seems only to serve to associate the acronym LGBTQ with her name, and to suggest the website hosting it represents yet another example of a liberal institution that must be torn down. It seems to be you who is trying desperately to support a conservative narrative here.
That made me think of a feature in the Harvard Lampoon Magazine back in the early 70's. A NYC cabbie was being interviewed and he was bragging how he could spot gays, in fact, the NYPD brought him in for tough cases!
Olson Johnson also observed that Gabby Johnson's speech was "authentic frontier jibberish". Authentic frontier jibberish makes a lot more sense than the dreck that Kerri Johnson passes off as "my research".
No, they don't. They have their "ungainful" employment. . .sucking dollars from the taxpaying suckers. I don't pay any taxes, state or federal: municipal bond money of my state and our stocks don't pay enough dividends that aren't "preferred" to pay taxes on. We would only have to pay taxes on our SS (because of our tax-free income) but that is offset by our senior-citizen standard deduction. I learned this from my father way back when. Tax-free bonds are the way to go for retirement. You can gamble on stocks but they will not provide a secure retirement unless you are a Nancy Pelosi or WarrentBuffett.
It takes just one Fink to throw a rock clean through their academic glass house, so they fear such folk.
"The further a society drifts from truth the more it will hate those who speak it." -- George Orwell
they published a study on how to hone your gaydar??
defund academia. It's doing nothing but harm.
The only thing worse than an uneducated liberal is an educated liberal.
Gaydar is a really old term by now.
So? Is it not a real thing?
Gavin Newsom broke mine.

I always cheer when corrupt educrats are nailed to the cross in court.

Less than that. It's a "You know what I mean, like I'm really saying something, don't ya see what I'm saying?" degree.
It's for those who want to go into public relations.

"until Kerri straightened it out"
"straightened" - lol, Lloyd

Professor Johnson is missing a few cubits of intellectual acuity. Of course everyone needs gainful employment, even hucksters.
